Where’s my ticket?
Your ticket has been sent to the email address you provided as an e-ticket. Can't find it or you've accidently deleted the email? Don't panic, go to www.eventbrite.co.uk/gettickets.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either print your ticket or show it on your phone/tablet.
I’ve already bought a ticket, but need to change the day – is that possible?
Tickets are only valid for the specified day. However, if you’d like to swap to another day this shouldn’t be a problem provided that day hasn’t sold out. Please come and see us at the Box Office on the day you would like to attend.
Can my tickets be refunded if I am unable to attend on the day?
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable, although if you’d like to swap to another day this shouldn’t be a problem provided that day hasn’t sold out
How do I get to The Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Festival?
The Festival is located within London’s stunning Battersea Park at the Chelsea Gate entrance. We recommend you use Battersea Park station but there our a number of ways to get to the venue. For more information, read this page - london.skiandsnowboard.co.uk/show-info
What provisions are there for disabled guests?
Battersea Evolution is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and an internal lift.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, carer tickets are available for anyone accompanying a disabled guest. Please email [email protected] to request a ticket.
Do you offer trade tickets?
Yes, trade tickets are available for Thursday 25 October 2018. Please email teleskitic[email protected] to request a ticket.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer group discounts for groups of 10 or more. Group packages will go on sale in July. Please email [email protected] and let us know the day your group would like to attend and how many of you will be coming along.
Will we be able to purchase tickets on the gate?
Yes, although we do advise purchasing your tickets in advance as tickets are selling fast!
Are there cash machines in the venue?
There are no cash machines on site at Battersea Evolution, so please ensure you bring any cash you might need although most vendors will have card machines.
Is there parking?
There is a limited amount of parking in Battersea Park but it is chargeable locally. We would strongly advise that you take public transport to the venue. There are a number of good transport links around the park
