What time does the Festival open?
The opening times for the Festival are as follows:
Thursday 25 October - 12pm - 8pm
Friday 26 October - 11am -10pm
Saturday 27 October - 11am - 8pm
Sunday 28 October - 10am - 5pm
I haven’t bought a ticket yet, is there still time?
Yes, if you haven’t booked your tickets there is always time, tickets can be bought all the way up until the day before you would like to attend. But even then it’s not too late, tickets will still be available on the door.
How do I get to the Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Festival?
By Public Transport
The Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Festival is easily accessible by public transport. You could get the train or underground to Victoria Station, followed by a fifteen minute walk to Battersea Evolution, or to get even closer to the venue take the overground to Battersea Park station, and you will only be a five minute walk away. Alternatively get the bus to Queenstown Road (Chelsea Gate) using any of the following services, 137 (N137), 44 (N44) and 452. Or even go by boat, make your way to Battersea Power Station Pier, Thames Clippers and quote SKIFEST19 at the checkout to receive 1/3 off single and return tickets.
If you are getting to the event via taxi, it will be best to advise taxi drivers to take the Chelsea Gate entrance into Battersea Park, situated on Queenstown Road next to Chelsea Bridge.

What provisions are there for disabled guests?
Battersea Evolution is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and an internal lift.
I haven’t received my ticket, where can I find it?
If you’ve made the right decision and booked your ticket ahead of time, your ticket has been sent to the email address you provided as an e-ticket. Can't find it or you've accidentally deleted the email? Don't panic, go to https://skisnowboardfestival.seetickets.com/customerservice
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to get in?
No, we’ve made it as easy as possible for you, either print your ticket out or simply show it on your phone/tablet.
Does my ticket include apres?
Yes, we’ve got you covered - if you have purchased a day ticket for Friday then Après is included!
