Where is my ticket?

Your ticket has been sent to the email address you provided as an e-ticket. Can't find it or you've accidentally deleted the email? Click here to fill out the online form or call the after sales team on 0115 896 0086 – free of charge, excluding standard network access charges.

I am having trouble booking my tickets, can you help?

Please call See Tickets on the booking line: 0844 209 7327. Please note calls cost 7ppm plus network access charges

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either print your ticket or show it on your phone/tablet.

I have already purchased my ticket but would like to change the day, is that possible?

Tickets are only valid for the specified day. However, if you’d like to swap to another day this shouldn’t be a problem provided that day hasn’t sold out. Please come and see us at the Box Office on the day you would like to attend.

Can my tickets be refunded if I can't attend on the day?

Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable, although if you’d like to swap to another day this shouldn’t be a problem provided that day hasn’t sold out. If you would like to swap your ticket please click here

Does my entry ticket include Après?

Yes, if you have purchased a day ticket for Friday then Après is included!

How do I get to The Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Festival?

The Festival is located within London’s stunning Battersea Park at the Chelsea Gate entrance. We recommend you use Battersea Park station or Queenstown Road station, but there are a number of ways to get to the venue. For more information, see the venue information.

What provisions are there for disabled guests?

Battersea Evolution is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and an internal lift.

Are tickets available for carers?

Yes, carer tickets are available for anyone accompanying a disabled guest. Please email consumerevents@telegraph.co.uk with the subject line "Ski & Snowboard - Carers ticket" to request a ticket.

Are trade tickets available?

Yes, trade tickets are available for Thursday 24 October 2019. Please email consumerevents@telegraph.co.uk with the subject line "Ski & Snowboard - Trade ticket" to request a ticket.

Are group tickets available?

Yes, we offer group discounts for groups of 10 or more. Group packages will go on sale in July. Please email consumerevents@telegraph.co.uk with the subject line "Ski & Snowboard - Group discount" to request a ticket and let us know the day your group would like to attend and how many of you will be coming along.

Are tickets available to purchase on the door?

Yes, although we do advise purchasing your tickets in advance as tickets are selling fast!

Are there cash machines at the venue?

There are no cash machines on site at Battersea Evolution, although we will be offering cash back for a small fee at the box office. Please ask one of the on site team when you arrive. Most vendors will have card machines.

Do you accept payments by American Express?

Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is a limited amount of parking in Battersea Park but it is chargeable locally. We would strongly advise that you take public transport to the venue. There are a number of good transport links around the park.

Do you allow dogs at the Festival?

No domestic pets are allowed into the Festival. Guide, hearing and service dogs accepted.
